We met in Philadelphia four years ago.
Abigail was studying Art History at the University of Pennsylvania, and Tanner was studying Medicine at Temple. We had a mutual friend, and it was on the night of Abigail’s 22nd birthday that we finally crossed paths. From that night on, we never stopped seeing each other.
We officially started dating in April 2022.
In October 2024, Tanner traveled first to Mexico to tell his parents we were getting married, and then to Ecuador to ask Abigail’s mom for her hand.
The proposal came a few months later.
It happened in a park in Philadelphia, in front of a brick engraved with our names that Tanner had placed there for our second anniversary.
From the very beginning
Abi fell in love with his niece and nephews. Together we found a shared space of affection in our families. Today, after countless memories, friends, walks, and adventures, we want to seal our love before God and celebrate it surrounded by the people dearest to us.
